Animal Farm Final Chapter

Now that we've finished, I would like you to blog your opinion about the novel. Organise your response into one or more paragraphs. How much did you (or didn't you) enjoy reading about the novel? Why? What questions were you left with after reading?

Animal farm was pretty good . I was impressed by the twists and turns the book took and , the way the author keep you on the edge of your seat.I still want to know what happened with snowball after he was chased out of the farm and why Napoleon was taking back all of the rules major had made like the pigs walking on 2 legs and drinking and all that bull-ish. I think snowball would have made a better leader that Napoleon because Snowball wanted to make the windmill for electricity Napoleon did it to make the farm look better. I was shocked when Napoleon let the humans on the farm and let them look at the way he ran the farm it was messed up. Either way i enjoyed the book alot.

Lightning Rod

1)Critical literacy: I think the computer has control over this conversation. Raquel has control once the conversation ends because the power goes out and she is left to talk to her self.

2)Making inferences:The dialogue while they're talking is more serious than Raquel could ever imagine. She has learned she has to learn about the earth and the universe before anything else.

3)literary devices:The story is called lightning rod because this girl is a conductor for things to happen. It serves as a symbol because she has the need to interact with the "computer."I think the title inferes that she is a good person to talk to about the world and its problems.
